SOAR ABOVE STRESS™ Coaching Programs Our programs are designed to fit individual needs and schedules. Sessions are private, confidential and conveniently held by phone or video for 50-60 minutes. During our sessions, we will discuss your current lifestyle, improvements you’d like to make and challenges that stand in your way. Together, we will design a personalized plan with actionable goals to keep you motivated, accountable and on track.
Between sessions, we will practice mindfulness/relaxation, breathing, cognitive-behavioral and creative stress-relief techniques that can be easily incorporated into daily life. Each session builds on the last, generating energy, momentum and confidence to make - and sustain - healthy changes in your personal and professional life, including diet, exercise, sleep and relationships.
