All sessions are private, confidential and conveniently held by phone or video for 50-60 minutes. During our sessions, we will review your current lifestyle habits, improvements you’d like to make and any obstacles that may stand in your way. Together, we will map out an action plan with compelling goals to keep you motivated, accountable and on track with weekly support.  

Between sessions, you will  practice powerful mindfulness/relaxation skills such as breathing, body awareness and meditation that can help you manage daily stress more effectively.  You will also learn new ways to problem solve and develop a positive mindset, which is fundamental to making - and sustaining - healthy changes you may make to your diet, exercise, sleep and relationships.
